Summer 2013 Pell Grant
Pell Grant checks will be mailed to the students address of record by Thursday, June 20, 2013

Pell Grant checks will be mailed to the students address of record by Thursday, June 20, 2013. If your charges exceed your eligibility you may owe a balance to the school. As a reminder you must be in ATTENDANCE through June 27, 2013 in order to earn 100% of your summer Pell disbursement and avoid an overpayment.

An address of record is the address used on the students latest application for admission unless a change of address request has been submitted. If your address has changed since that time, please make sure the College has your current and correct mailing address by contacting the Registration Center in F-100 or calling 246-1281 or 246-1285.




Bookstore
The year-end closeout process has the bookstore closing June13, 2013

Campus bookstore will be closed June 13, 2013 - July 1, 2013. Please be advised, any students that need to purchase any supplies or textbooks must do so prior to 5:00 p.m. June 13, 2013

The bookstore will resume on July 1, 2013.




Direct Loan Summer Graduates
The Deadline to do Exit Counseling is June 30, 2013. Exit Counseling is required for any student receiving a Direct Loan at this school and graduating any semester. All Graduates have been notified that Exit Counseling is required.


Military Tuition Refund & Book Buy Back
A tuition refund & book buy back is available upon request of military reserve and National Guard personnel called to active duty or reassignment of active personnel outside of North Carolina which makes completion of the term impossible. Requests and a copy of the written orders must be submitted to the college's Cashier's Office.


Student Government Association Meetings
SGA meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month in Room G-209 at 11:00 a.m. Come join us!
