New students are loaded into Moodle 24 hours after they register for an upcoming semester.
All curriculum courses and Moodle-based continuing education courses will be available in Moodle on the first day of the term/course by 8:00 a.m.
If you do not see a course you have registered for in your Moodle dashboard, and it is on or after the first day of the term, contact Student Development at (252) 246-1281 to see if you were purged from your classes for non-payment. It may be possible for you to still register for those courses.
If you see a course you are taking in Moodle one day, but not the next, you were most likely dropped from that course. You will need to contact your instructor to find out why.

Students should log in to Moodle a minimum of three times per week to complete coursework and to check for updated course material.
Students should check their college email account EVERY DAY. Important information about campus events, alerts, and messages from your instructors will be sent to your college email account.
Contact your instructor for any course content related questions such as not being able to locate course information, problems taking a timed quiz, questions about assignment submissions, due dates, etc.
Some content and activities in Moodle requires the use of pop-up windows. If your browser is set to block pop-ups, you will need to adjust your browser settings to turn off your pop-up blocker or to allow pop-ups.
