Allied Health Admissions Process
The Allied Health programs admit a limited number of students each year. Students seeking to enter an Allied Health program must complete all of the steps below, by the application deadline, to be considered for admission.
Step 1
The first step in the Allied Health Admissions process is to complete an application to Wilson Community College.
Apply to Wilson Community College.
Step 2
All prospective students must complete, and meet the minimum score requirement, on the ATI TEAS test by the application deadline.

ATI TEAS Minimum Score Requirements:
- Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) – 63.3%
- Practical Nursing (PN) – 54%
- Surgical Technology – 50%
Step 3
Nursing program (ADN and PN) applicants must be on the NC Nurse Aide I Registry by the application deadline.
NOTE: This is not required for LPN-RN Transition or Surgical Technology.

Step 4
Complete the Allied Health Intent Form for the program that you are applied to.
The LPN-RN Transition Intent Form opens on July 1st every year and closes on October 15th.
The ADN, PN, and Surgical Technology Allied Health Intent Form opens October 20th of every year and closes March 15th.
