Curriculum Registration

Students who have been admitted can register for classes during the dates shown below. Students can register online via Student Planning once the advisor has approved the course(s). Please note that online registration is not available from 1-5 am each day due to scheduled maintenance. Students who prefer to come to campus to register should make an appointment with their faculty advisor. 

Refunds

  • To receive a 100% refund for a course, you must contact your faculty advisor and request to be officially dropped prior to the first day of the term.
  • To receive a 75% refund, you must contact the instructor for the course and request to be officially dropped on or before the last day to request a refund for the term.
  • No refunds will be issued after the last day to request a refund.
  • Students who do not attend the course and/or complete the enrollment verification activity by the census date of the course will be removed as a “never attend” and will be issued a 100% refund.

How to Plan Your Classes in Student Planning

  • Go to www.wilsoncc.edu.
  • Log into Student Planning from the menu located at the top of the website.
  • Select the Student Planning box.
  • Find the Plan your Degree and Register for Classes box.
  • Click on the Plan and Schedule link.

How to Register for Classes after Your Advisor Approves Your Plan

  • Log into Student Planning.
  • Select the Student Planning box.
  • Find the Plan your Degree and Register for Classes box.
  • Click on the Plan and Schedule link.
  • Click on the Register Now button located in the top right corner.
  • The courses should turn from planned (yellow) to registered (green).

How to Print Your Registration Statement

  • Log into Student Planning.
  • Select the Student Finance box.
  • Click on Account Activity.
  • Select View Statement.
  • You are ready to print.

How to Pay for Classes

  • Payment with a credit card is available in Student Planning under the Student Finance tab, or you can contact the Business Office.

Weather Update

Due to the threat of inclement weather, WCC will be closed on Friday, February 21. Instruction will shift to remote learning and staff members will respond to inquiries by phone and email. Weekend classes will run as scheduled.
