Alumni & Friends

Your future with the College does not have to end at graduation. If you’ve completed a certificate or degree program at Wilson Community College, you belong to our alumni family. The Foundation strives to recognize the students that have gone on to complete their education at a four-year institution, join the military, or enter their career field.

We want to continue to connect with our alumni, so we encourage you to fill out  Alumni Registration Form and mail it to:

Alumni Spotlight

“While attending Wilson Community College as a student, I had an instructor who was so passionate about her job that I fell in love with the profession and felt inspired to teach. I love teaching because I want to instill that same passion and inspire others to love what they do and understand the importance of their profession. Wilson Community College was absolutely life changing for me and opened so many doors for me to grow professionally and individually.”

Wilson Community College opened doors for alumna turned faculty member Beth Davis. She share’s her story in this segment of The Wilson Times “Why I Teach”.

“I am a 2018 graduate of WCC and I strongly believe that it is the best community college to attend. WCC is filled with amazing faculty who truly care about you and your success. Because I was a student affiliated with the Wilson Early College program, I was a student at WCC for 5 years. Throughout those 5 years, I never encountered a problem of any sort. The atmosphere of WCC is amazing and the people are very friendly! I am beyond grateful to consider myself as a former student and I surely will not forget the support that the teachers gave me as I pursued my education. Thank you, WCC!” – Shay Addriel, Class of 2018, Associate of Arts Degree

“I very proud of being in the first class of Accounting with a Associate Degree graduating in 1968 50 years ago.” – Kenneth Carpenter, Class of 1968, Accounting Degree

“WCC is an excellent school, the faculty is dedicated in each and every student’s success. I am truly thankful for the opportunity to learn and enhance my skills at WCC. I am also thankful for the knowledge and skills I gained from the business administration curriculum and the business instructors. I graduated with an A.A.S. in Business Administration.” – Shaute Anderson, Class of 2014, Business Administration Degree
